The detail cleaning should be done regularly, so hidden things also touched (ex. under the bed, etc.)

Hotel staff friendly, helpful, good services/facilities everyday keep cleanliness of the room. Value for money and great location very convenience to get the facilities.

The only thing is there is no smoking room.

Its color really amaze me while staying there..its unique design of room layout may save some space and its room utiltiy give me some neew experience.

The room is too small. The bathroom is small and kinda weird. The basin is actually not in the bathroom, but its next to the bed. Cant adjust the shower, its actually uncomfortable to take a shower. The room smells funny too. No phone in the room. Location is quite far from the city. Not value for the money.

This hotel is cheap but I was surprised ton see great hotel with over expected condition, which very relishing and comfortable to stay. I stay there for only a transit to catch the next day airplane. So, that such price is wonderful to stay.

Staying there is wonderful and I plan to stay there again. But please correct the manner of a man, the receptionist, who was less communicative and lacking of welcome manner to guests. Others are great.

the breakfast is so nice..still remember until now..easy to get the taxi.just ask for the taxi,and 5 minute later the taxi arrived..

The price is reasonable, and the location is very strategic. Its near highway and can easy to find, cleanliness is very good.

The wall kind thin, so at nite I can hear my neighbour talking and their tv is on. Staff is okay, but they work kinda slow, when check in, they didn't have queue, so its kinda mess up and for some ppl its annoying when ppl just cut your line, and the staff even don't care about that.

Pop Hotel is located beside a shopping mall and you can enter from the back entrance of the mall. A lot of choices of food at the Food Court at the top floor of the mall. The Lotte Supermarket is at the ground floor where you can buy your daily necessities. The room is rather small but accommodative. The bathroom is unique and the shower is superb. Lots of TV channels for your leisure.

The hotel is located rather far from the city centre and it takes a long time to reach your destination 'cos of the daily jam on the road. If you take a taxi, the driver will usually take a longer route to avoid the jam but will still be caught anyway....'cos it's a city full of cars and motorcycles! Be prepared to be jammed with heavy traffic and lots of honking...

I was stay only 1 night with my husband, and around 10.00am there is so much noisy from fire alarm its takes 5-10 minutes that is so annoying in that time, and I go out from the room and see the guy(employee from pop Hotel)and asking what happen??and he said there is test for fire alarm , and I was wondering why in that time?? So early time which guest still sleep???i come back to room and the fire alarm is stop but its happen again twice. When I check out around 12 , I ask the reception why is so noisy ?? and its confusing me because the reception said that someone/or another guest smoke in the room that's why the fire alarm is on.... What a different information from the guy who I met before???

Location nearby with supermarket and food court

Staff are familiar, but the bed not look like the picture. My be not king size but queen size. No refrigeration. Condition good because the new hotel is very clean, but the exhaust van for bathroom is very noisy.

well it is interesting hotel... cheap but not cheap service. all are fully airconditioned and no smoking cigarrette in every room. comfort of course. it is easy to go to mall, exploring the mall ... easy to go every corner of bandung city. clean room,clean bathroom. friendly service. but my neighbour was so noisy... so it needs to think how to make the neighbour not so noisy. thank a lot all the service you gave during my stay ...
